W. Richard Anderson to Leave Board of Directors

Transocean Ltd. (NYSE: RIG) (SIX: RIGN) announced today that W.Richard Anderson has resigned from its Board of Directors, effectiveimmediately, due to the demands of his duties as Chief FinancialOfficer of Eurasia Drilling Company Limited.
