Transocean Ltd. Announces Third Quarter 2010 Earnings Release Date\r and Conference Call Information

Transocean Ltd. (NYSE: RIG) (SIX: RIGN) said it plans to reportearnings for the three months ended September 30, 2010 on theafternoon of Wednesday, November 3, 2010, following the close oftrading in the United States.

The company will conduct a teleconference call at 10:00 a.m. EDT(4:00 p.m. CEST) on Thursday, November 4, 2010. Individuals who wishto participate in the teleconference call should dial +1 719-325-2298and refer to confirmation code 4130334 approximately five to 10minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the call.
