Transocean Contributes $200,000 for Hurricane Harvey Relief Efforts

ZUG, Switzerland, Sept. 01, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Transocean today announced its decision to contribute $100,000 to the American Red Cross and $100,000 to the Houston Food Bank for immediate relief efforts that are currently under way to assist those impacted by Hurricane Harvey. Additionally, the company will match donations made to the relief efforts by its employees, many of whom are already actively supporting those in need. Transocean is proud of the volunteering efforts of our employees during this very challenging time.

The American Red Cross is vital to supporting the needs of the community in times of disaster. The Red Cross continues to work around the clock in Texas to deliver much needed support and shelter for people impacted by Hurricane Harvey.
