ZUG, SWITZERLAND-February 13, 2014-Transocean Ltd. (NYSE: RIG) (SIX: RIGN) announced that it will report earnings for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2013 on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 following the close of trading on the NYSE.
