Paul Tranter is Vice President, Asset Management, Floaters for Transocean Ltd.

Before being named in to his current position, Mr. Tranter previously served as Vice President, Performance and Operations.

He began his career with the company in 1981 and has served in various management positions in both technical and operational roles in several countries, including the United States, France, United Kingdom, Congo, Nigeria, Spain and Norway.

Mr. Tranter holds an engineering degree in Naval Architecture from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in the United Kingdom.
