Eric B. Brown 
Eric B. Brown is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Transocean Ltd. Mr. Brown served as Vice President and General Counsel since February 1995 and Corporate Secretary since September 1995. He was named a Senior Vice President in February 2001. Prior to assuming his duties with the company, Mr. Brown worked at Coastal Gas Marketing Company and served as its General Counsel. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hope College in Michigan and a J.D. degree from Indiana University law school. |
