Deepak Munganahalli

Deepak Munganahalli is Senior Vice President, Corporate Planning and Business Development, for Transocean Ltd.

Before beginning current position in April 2011, Mr. Munganahalli served as Senior Vice President of the Asia Pacific Business Unit from early 2008 to late 2009, and subsequently as Managing Director of the India and Middle East Division from late 2009. Mr. Munganahalli's prior roles included District Manager in India, Director of Training in France, Country Manager in Gabon and Rig Manager in Australia. He joined the company in 1991 through campus recruitment as an engineer trainee.

Mr. Munganahalli is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur and Harvard Business School's General Management Program.
